Microsoft To Close Groups
We are aware that Microsoft is closing its group forums in Feb 2009. This is the final step to removing themselves from the public social network.
The Megaphone Network has positioned itself to offer complete services to the writer and we are more than ready to discuss creating the group sites for those who may now be finding themselves without a place to meet.

You can tell by the comments on the Microsoft Live Wire blog entry announcement of this change how unhappy people are and who could blame them. Such a shame when they’ve devoted so much time and energy to their sites they now have to do this.
